Neem Kernels

Description

Neem Seed Kernels are obtained after decorticating the neem seeds. The clean and dry neem seed is passed into a decorticator system where it is broken into outer shell and kernel. Through a winnowing mechanism, the outer shells (called neem husk) are removed from the kernel.

Application

The clean neem kernel is taken into a specially designed rotary expeller machine for cold-press oil extraction. The RPM is controlled to ensure temperature doesn't rise above specified limits.
